Eligibility and Account Registration

To play at Casino Ways, you must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We do not accept players from certain restricted territories, including the United States, Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands and a number of other listed countries. If you attempt to register from a restricted location, we reserve the right to suspend or close your account and void any winnings.

Deposits and Withdrawals

We accept deposits via Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer, MiFinity e-wallets and a range of cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Tether, BNB, TRON, Bitcoin Cash, EOS and Ripple. Our minimum deposit is €20. When you request a CasinoWays withdrawal, please note that our minimum withdrawal amount is €100, and any request below this threshold will be rejected.

Players who deposit via Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay must withdraw via Bank Transfer to an EUR IBAN account. Our withdrawal limits are €2,000 per day, €6,000 per week and €15,000 per month, with higher limits available to VIP players by separate agreement. Maximum winnings payable are capped at €50,000 per day. Every deposit not linked to a bonus must be wagered at least once before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

We process verified withdrawals within 1-3 business days. Crypto withdrawals are often completed within minutes, e-wallet withdrawals within a few hours, and bank transfers or card-related withdrawals within 1-3 business days. At least one successful deposit is required before any withdrawal request can be processed.

Account Fees and Inactivity

If your Casino Ways account remains inactive for 12 months or more, we will apply a €10 monthly management fee. Withdrawals of €10,000 or more from self-excluded or timed-out accounts are subject to a 50% administrative fee. We reserve the right to apply these fees automatically as set out in our cashier terms.

Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots, arcade games and scratch cards contribute 100%, while table, card and live casino games contribute only 10%. We exclude a number of games from bonus wagering entirely, including all live casino titles, blackjack, video poker, craps, baccarat, keno, multiplayer games and selected slots such as Mega Moolah, Mega Fortune, Dead or Alive, Immortal Romance and others. Bonuses and bonus winnings cannot be used to win progressive jackpots. If you request a withdrawal before completing your wagering requirement, we will void the bonus and any associated winnings.

Ongoing Offers
